* the number of students that apply in DU for admission

* Marks/percentage in 12th of different students applying in DU

* the number of seats in the course

For admission in B.A. economics, one must have Mathematics as the main subject in the 12th grade.
So it is nearly impossible to have economics without mathematics as the core subject.
