Unfortunately, with your  percentage in General Category you won't be getting admission in Delhi University with B.Com  even till 6th cutoff the last even for General Category goes to 90% and never less than that.You can check it out yourself in this link

Congractulations on scoring so good in your board exam. With a percentage of 91.75 you can get admission in Delhi University, but you have to wait for 4-5 cutoff lists.
