Under DU, every college it is compulsory for inclusion of Mathematics for getting admission to BA Economics ( Hons ) along with the score of 50% minimum marks in Mathematics in +12 since the last year.

For appearing into UPSC examination , you just need to complete your graduation form a recognised institution in any stream. It doesn't matter in which field you are doing your graduation. You can choose the subject according to your interest and you can keep that subject as an optional

Yes , since you want to pursue BA History ,being from a science background ,you will have a reduction of 2.5% in you overall aggregate when you calculate your best of four. The best of four should include compulsory language either English or Hindi, one subject directly

There is no provision of the deduction of any percetage after a gap year in the Delhi University(DU) for admission and your percentage  will be treated as same you have obtained in your 12th class, so don't worry.
