Yes, there are chances that you can get admission with 91% for the course Bsc (Hons) Physics or Chemistry in colleges of south campus or even off campus.

There is no major difference between the cut offs of unreserved category or EWS category but still chances remain. As

Domicile is not required for every course, it usually depends for which you are going like for engineering, medical it is required and for courses like Bsc, BBA it isn't.
