Yes student the form of Delhi University of bped has been released from 20 June 2020. Last date for form fill up online is 31st August 2020. Idli filled up online. There will be entrance test for admission or on the basis of merit. Fees for the bped is 7760

You have not specified your category in your query assuming that you belong to general category based on previous year cut off you may have chances of getting seat in colleges like Aryabhatta College, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, Deshbandhu College, Dyal Singh

As per mentioned documents you dont need TC but for the information of two years you have to make a character certificate from NIT.
