Yes, you can peruse General BSC or  plain  BSC in delhi university with limited courses. You only have courses like BSC in mathematics and BSC in physics education, health education and sports. These are the only course you can choose in general.

There are so many different category in DU for b.com (//b.com) . If you want good collage in DU then you have to get minimum 95-98% in 12th standard. Otherwise there are so many collage in DU you can go for. Approx you have to get 85% above

so, in my opinion it would be difficult for you to get into a college in Du based on these percentage as the cutoffs in DU goes as high as 95+ percentage and if you does not belong  to Delhi then it might not be possible to get
