no to be eligible for the B.Sc physics hons you are supposed to secure a minimum agreegate of 60 percent marks or more in physics ,chemistry and mathematics and must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in english, you need to include chemistry as well.

Based on DU UG 2019 cut off http://du.ac.in/adm2019/Cutoff.html it is difficult to get admission in BA (Hons) English in any college with 71% aggregate in best four subjects under SC category. You need to score minimum 75% marks to have decent chances of getting seat. But cut off changes

Delhi University is the prestigious college, it's cut off has been always high and as english honors is a popular course, it's cut off is expected to be quite high. Last year average cut off of south campus of DU is between 92% to 96%.

DU offers 2 programs in bcom. One is b.com hons. And second is regular.

But with the aggregate of 79% and to be in general category it's quite difficult to get admission in reputated colleges of DU.

Uh can go for some other courses like B.A
