So you have very less chance so as to get admission there,but it depends on your category and cutoff for the year.

Yes ,Obviously you have to appear the back paper exam of 4th and 6th semester  because without clearing all subjects of BA you will not get your bachelor degree certificate and it is mandatory for getting your certificate .
