Yes ,Obviously you have to appear the back paper exam of 4th and 6th semester  because without clearing all subjects of BA you will not get your bachelor degree certificate and it is mandatory for getting your certificate .

As per your query it is incomplete if you are talking about placement of delhi university then Delhi University not offer  direct placement after completion your BA Political science it is depends upon aspirants who crack interview  during the placement

For getting addmission in DU you have to go through some phases , DU will announce thier cot off for different stream then you can check your eligibility .

DU is going to take admission on the basis of merit basis due to covid 19 pandemic all the entrances are affected .DU also decided to take admission on the basis of 12th standard percentage as well. You can look for admission process on DU official website.
