to get admission in B.Sc computer science course in delhi university, you need to first fill the common application form of delhi university for all the course, there you need to select your course and then wait till the cut off of delhi university release.

BFA course is offered by only one college under DU, Delhi college of Art. you cannot get direct admission as an aptitude Entrance exam is conducted for this course.

Yes you can purse two course at a time  if one course is regular and another course is distance basis but according to Government rules you cant purse two regular course at a time.
