You have not mentioned which subject you want to know about in BA(hons) and which college exactly as du has several courses and several colleges like for Miranda House the BA(English) cutoff is 96.75-98.50 and for BA(Bengali) cutoff is 56.58 which are expected cutoff.

Hello student School of Open learning (DU) is more preferable than all the colleges mentioned by you as Delhi University is very reputed and it offers you to transfer from open college to regular college if you score well in first year.

There isn't any transportation facility provided by the university to the students and staff.You can take the public transport such as DTC bus, metro train or your private transport to reach the university.Once you get admission you can avail student bus pass, there is a counter inside the campus.

There isn't any such provision to cancel your admission in School of Open Learning DU online.You need to wait until all the education institutes are allowed to open.Once it is done you can inquire regarding this in the administration office and do the necessary to get a transfer.

Unfortunately Delhi University do not provides or offers any integrated civils coaching. If you want to do coaching for civil services you have to take coaching from a good IAS coaching institute academy. But any university in Delhi do not revise coaching with the normal degree.

Generally EVS is an optional subject for the students so it may not be included in best four.Since it is not a core subject so it won't be considered in best of four whille calculation of your percentage.
