Yrs, you can admission to persue BA in English in delhi university.But you should know that you wont be getting admission in top colleges of DU.There are over 100 colleges that come under DU and that doest necessarily means all of them are equally good.

College Infrastructure
The campus has great infrastructure. We have access to clean ,spacious classroom, and a well stoked library. The academic buildings are well maintained and features spacious,well ventilated classroom . Most lecture halls are equipped with modern teaching ads including smart board, and projectors.
