Yes, you are right that DU released another PDF. This is because the results for DU JAT had errors in some cases and they were revised. This might have been another reason for delay in the entire procedure. Now, final list is expected to be out this week,

Based upon your fetched percentage in the class 12th, it might be harder for you to take the admission in any of the college's coming under the DU inorder to pursue the BA degree. So better you can try to the other private institutions for the BA.

Yes, you can change your college and course but only until the Cutoffs are out and in business. Once the admission process is over nothing can be done.

Also, you must know that this type of shuffling and jumping from one college to another (during the admission process)

Talking about the seat distribution first, there are in total 46 seats for msc forensic science course under the university of delhi . 27 seats are for unreserved category , 7 for sc category 3 for st and 12 for obc.

The campus has great infrastructure. We have access to clean ,spacious classroom, and a well stoked library. The academic buildings are well maintained and features spacious,well ventilated classroom . Most lecture halls are equipped with modern teaching ads including smart board, and projectors.

College Infrastructure

I like the infrastructure because of the modern facility they have and also laboratories have properly treatment and libraries have proper book collection. And also have sports centres hostels for the students
