You can definately register in the second round but your Chances to a get a college would now be very low as compared to the first round.You have good fair marks and since you are in a reserved category you had high chance if getting a college.

Dear aspirant your percentage is not good enough to get a seat in Delhi university. You may not get btech in cse or ece. You may get in instrumental engineering, environmental engineering, manufacturing process and automation engineering

Greetings. If you match the merit of first cut off, kindly reserve a seat for the same. It also depends if the course you wish to pursue in a du college is your first priority or not. It's although suggested that you must wisely think and be safe

There is no particular topicwise syllabus but you must have good hold over the following topics:

• Political thought
• Political theory
• International  relations
• Indian constitutions
• Public administrations
• Comparative politics and political thoughts

Don't leave any unturned stone for these topics.

Also , the paper is going to be objective
