Unfortunately no.

Delhi university does not consider CUCET scores for admisisons into PG courses.

In fact, it has removed the admisiins based on CUCET scores for PHD or Pg Courses.

If you have an Other Backward Classes(OBC) certificate, even if it is issued by state government only, then also, it is valid for applying for Delhi University Admissions. On the other hand, if you have a SEBC certificate than you can't use it while applying for Delhi University
