You are unaware of the reservation model.No problem i will help you.

Reservation for obc is 27 % which means that in any exam conducted by central government and state government 27% seats are reserved for obc candidates.

Sorry to say that you have not mentioned the course of interest. Delhi University admits students based on Class 12 marks. Cut-off is released every year and admission occurs based on this. But I do not think there is any course that may take into consideration Multimedia and Web

No, you cannot do it for BA (H) in English. Since English is the course you want to study, you will have to include class 12th English (whichever board you were in), as your language subject. This is mandatory under DU's UGC regulations.

Sorry to say but your class 12th percentage is quite low for getting admission in Delhi University for B.COM course. Based upon previous year cuttoff it is not possible for you to pursue B.COM from DU. I would suggest you to look for some other state government universities

The campus has great infrastructure. We have access to clean ,spacious classroom, and a well stoked library. The academic buildings are well maintained and features spacious,well ventilated classroom . Most lecture halls are equipped with modern teaching ads including smart board, and projectors.

I like the infrastructure because of the modern facility they have and also laboratories have properly treatment and libraries have proper book collection. And also have sports centres hostels for the students
