As Sanskrit is a language subject and Physics is a science subject hence , you cannot include Sanskrit as the subject in place of Physics. Rather you can take any other science subjects like Biology in place of physics or mathematics in place of physics .

Generally the cut-offs for both of these courses in MU and DU is quite high, especially in DU. So I think it might be very difficult for you to get into any of these Universities for these courses. You can pursue BHU by giving it's entrance exam or

• 60% in English & 45% in 12th boards.

• Covers general English like - Vocabulary, passage, meanings, idioms etc.

Fees for msc operational research in Delhi university can range from INR 25000 to  INR 50000 

The fees of the course mostly depend on college which you choose .

The minimum eligibility percentage requirement of DU for B.Sc (hons.) Chemistry says that-

The candidates must secure 55 percent or more in aggregate of 3 subjects (i.e. as you said of - Physics, Chemistry and Maths) and must pass
