it is quite difficult to get bcom honours in du with 85% in 12th. You have very low chances if getting in Delhi University. Still you should try and see if you can get in some of the non- popular colleges of south campus Like zakir husain,deshbandu , etc.

5% of the total number of seats in each of the course shall be reserved for Children / Widows / Wives of the Officers and Men of the Armed Forces including Paramilitary
