The infrastructure of my college is quite average and needs little improvement. Some classrooms are not well maintained and the campus lacks even basic facilities to provide students. Only library is useful.

college has well maintained infrastructure with spacious classroom a well stocked library computer labs and Wi-Fi facilities. the campus provides provides a comfortable environment for learning, and students have access to sports grounds, seminar halls, and other essential amenities.

College Infrastructure
My college has good and well maintained infrastructure. Like it has good classrooms, libraries, sports ground and canteen. I will give 9/10 to all this. If I talk about the cleanliness and hygiene, my college is well maintained in this but the main problem in my college is wifi and the water cooler , my college wifi sometime don't work properly so it creates problems and sometime water coolers also don't work. Otherwise my college has great and well maintained infrastructure.

Yes, you can still participate in the upgrade process for the next round if you already upgraded in round 2, provided you have not frozen your seat and are not allotted your top preference. Mid-entry is a completely separate option meant for new registrations or preference corrections,
