There is nothing called temporary admission. You can either freeze the seat and take admission in Kelkar College or look for other colleges seats in upcoming rounds.

This varies from college to college. Kindly mention which colleges you have applied to. Second list has already been declared in some colleges. Make sure you keep yourself updated about the process.

Are you worried your application has not been registered? In that case re-register, or contact MU authorities stating a technical failure occured.

Second Merit list has been kept on hold by Mumbai university. Colleges will prepare the Mumbai University 2018 second merit list only for those programmes including B.A, B.Com and B.Sc for which all the seats have not been filled.
