So, to apply for MU degree colleges (not engineering), the mumbai university forms come out in June, right after the results are out. You fill that form and you fill the individual colleges' forms that you are interested in and then you wait for the merit lists to come

Fybsc-BT is an un-aided course. You will have to check the merit lists of each college you have applied to separately.
