Colleges will prepare the Mumbai University 2018 second merit list only for those programmes including B.A, B.Com and B.Sc for which all the seats have not been filled.

Delhi University is much better. Even the people of Mumbai have no second thoughts about that.

DU offers a wide range of subjects which aren't there in MU. MU doesn't even have a course in economics except Xavier's. (Xavier's Mumbai is autonomous)

You can get to know about this from the University people directly,some colleges do give you the liberty of doing this but most of the colleges don't.
