The Institute offers a two-year full-time Programme in Human Resource Management on the completion of which, students are conferred with Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Eligibility Criteria

Recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline. Those completing their final examination by June 12, 2026 may also apply.

Admission Details

All Indian candidates can appear for XAT 2026. However NRI, PIO, OCI and foreign candidates may apply either through GMAT score or XAT.

XLRI Jamshedpur boasts a beautiful and modern campus. As a current student in the PGPHRM course, I find the infrastructure to be top-notch, with well-equipped classrooms, high speed internet, and dedicated study spaces.

Xavier school of management situated in jamshedpur have library is one of the most extensively stocked libraries and has almost every book an MBA student need.There is a segregation and boys not allowed in the girls hostels .

It is good overall experience overall.

Amazing. There is only one word for the infrastructure. It has the best infrastructure, faculty and equipments. all the equipments are present there which is required for the growth of a person. Nice college.
