The facilities have good knowledge in academics they help us student a lot in their studies they will give you full exposure of everything even if it is in studies or in sports they make you job ready they make you ready for your interview.

The infrastructure of this college is way more better than other colleges they have different different buildings for different courses they have a lot of courses here they even have hostels for hostel students they have mess for food they have libraries, labs ,laboratories, computer labs, they have Wi-Fi smart classes not in all classes but as they have
Campus Life
Campus life is good college comes up with a lot of fests ,sports activities even they have educational tours the worst feature of this college is that anybody can enter this college without needing ID card, but this college is way more better than other colleges after spending this much amount of money
Placements
my experience as per placement of this college is good the companies that was showing up here were 90% for sales 5% were related to HR and 5% were related to different categories so if you are spending around 12 to 15, lakhs in this college you will get around 9 to 10 LPA jobs from this college, India the college is very supportive teachers will prepare you for your interview interviews and will let you know how to crack an interview.
Value For Money
Yes this college is full value for money they have fully built infrastructure labs with Wi-Fi smart classes hostels with mess, and I guess this college gets 5 out of 5 rating just because of infrastructure and their faculties because faculty play an important role in helping you to get a job.

XLRI Jamshedpur boasts a beautiful and modern campus. As a current student in the PGPHRM course, I find the infrastructure to be top-notch, with well-equipped classrooms, high speed internet, and dedicated study spaces.
Campus Life
The campus hosts multiple events and activities throughout the year, including cultural festivals, events, and activities by Clubs. Multiple sports events are happening all over the year. College provides a great opportunity to relax, socialize, and network with peers.
Placements
Many reputable firms in HR, consulting, and other sectors visit the campus to hire our graduates. The placement process is well-organized, providing students with ample support, including mock interviews and resume building sessions.

Our professor are very helpful in nature .The course curriculum is updated with the college identifying industry needs and provides all type of education to make students industry ready.We would listen to a professor mentioning how they are teaching and guiding us would be have use to us once we start our intership.
College Infra
Xavier school of management situated in jamshedpur have library is one of the most extensively stocked libraries and has almost every book an MBA student need.There is a segregation and boys not allowed in the girls hostels .
Placements
Our college provides good opportunities for intership and placements.Around fifty companies from the different domains visited our college.Some of the famous recruiters are TCS, WIPRO,HUL, FLIPKART AND. AMAZON.The highest salary packages in my time was 20 lpa.
