The Central library has been built as per International Standards. It is centrally air-conditioned, well-protected by a CCTV monitoring system and digital book issue/return system. Specialized collections of Books, Journals & Non-book materials are available in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Humanities, and Management. The collection includes 10,292 volumes of books, 1,557 titles, 2,000 CDs, and 847 bounded journals. The library subscribes to 166 National, 140 International Journals, 20 magazines, and 11 newspapers. The library also has Online Public Access Catalog and Internet facilities.

The College has a Fully equipped airconditioned Multimedia Theatre and a huge conference with interactive video conferencing is available for conferences, seminars, inspirational movies, etc.

The College has an Excellent sports facility for the overall development of students is provided which includes Basket Ball court (as per Olympic norms), facilities for VolleyBall, Table Tennis, Badminton, indoor games, etc.

The institute gives a bus service which is well connected to various parts of Jabalpur. Bus routes are according to the need and convenience of students.

ACST has a separate Girls hostel at the nearest place to the college for the convenience of the students. Each hostel has a warden for any help and guidance.
