Acharya College of Education, Bangalore is an affiliated college for education established in 2004 with the primary purpose of building education professionals of tomorrow. This institution is established at Soladevanahalli in Bangalore and comprises a campus of 5.3 acres of land; it affords a quiet and appropriate background required for the institute. The college stands recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and is currently nursery-home to 139 students and 14 sundry faculty members who have years of experience under their belt. Acharya College of Education offers two specialised programmes in education: B. Ed in education and Diploma in Elementary Education is courses that aims at producing competent and passionate teachers.

There are two full time course at Acharya College of Education which take two years each. The B.Ed programme comprises 100 students and the D.El.Ed programme takes 50 students. The total number of students offered the two courses is 150 in order to maintain quality education, the college ensures that the number of students per class is controlled.
