About AACET Al-Azhar College of Engineering and Technology (AACET) was founded in the year 2010 and lies in Idukki, Kerala.The college is affiliated. Being approved by the AICTE, this institution provides the students with numerous engineering courses on the wide campus stretched on 10.51 acres. Total number of students enrolment at AACET is 188 and total 126 faculty members are working at AACET offers a good environment for technical education. College provides 15 courses for 2 levels of the degree including the specialties in new industries like Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.

Al-Azhar College of Engineering and Technology also has a variety of amenities that are both functional and intended to improve the college education of students. The admission policy of Al-Azhar College of Engineering and Technology relies more on one test known as the Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical, or KEAM test. It is mandatory examination for admission in the B.Tech programme for the aspiring students in this college. The institute considers KEAM score for different branches of engineering namely- Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
