All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Pune, Maharashtra, came into existence in the year 1997. The autonomous college has been accredited with an 'A' grade by NAAC with a good CGPA of 3.15. AISSMS CHMCT has four specialist programmes in hospitality and hotel management, with an enrolment of students at 299 spread over a 7.3-acre campus. The strength of faculty members is 36 highly dedicated individuals; therefore, the student-to-teacher ratio on campus is very conducive.

All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology boasts of its world-class infrastructure that turns the students' educational journey into a lifetime experience. It has a magnificent college library comprising 3,940 titles and 10,451 volumes, in conjunction with their digital versions in the form of e-journals and multimedia packages. Students are facilitated with a fully equipped computer laboratory with 40 computers with high-speed internet access. Evidence of the college's commitment to practical training can be observed in its very specialised facilities, such as guest rooms to train housekeeping in a hands-on way and labs for associated activities like laundry or flower arrangement.
