Medical/Hospital
The College First Aid facility is available in the college. A health check-up is done within the college premises. In case of emergency due to illness or accident, the students and staff are taken to the nearby Hospital located one kilometer away from the college.

The College has To impart a healthy learning system and a setup of multi-gym facilities with the latest equipment for the benefit of the students and staff. These gymnasium centers would help in providing an additional dose of relaxation and enthusiasm among the stakeholders mainly students to keep them healthy and fit to grow a healthy mind with a healthy body.

The College is Situated at the heart of the Campus, Ambedkar College Canteen is a popular place with students and Professors. The Canteen Building, Funded by RUSA was inaugurated by Sri Ratan Lal Nath, Hon’ble Minister For Education, Law etc. Deptt. Govt. Of Tripura, on 2the 9^th of August 2018. The Canteen offers a wide range of dishes, freshly cook and prepared and with attention paid to quality. The college canteen is a pivotal spot not only for its taste and good food that it offers but also as it becomes a repository of some of the happiest moments which everyone cherishes for life.
Wifi
The College has installed a Wi-Fi connection on college campuses. It enables the teachers as well as the students of the college to access internet facilities.
Laboratories
The College has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. This facility paves the way for research and development activities.
Auditorium
The College has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. The auditorium has state-of-the-art infrastructure with the latest technology.
Smart Classrooms
The College to provide students with innovative and upgraded learning facilities we have set up two smartclass room to make the teaching-learning process more upgraded and interesting. These facilities also encourage the students to take a deep interest in learning and acquaint them with the best of their learning capabilities. The project cost for the two smart classrooms is Rs. 15,78,490/- which includes the cost of Audio, visual Equipment, Projection equipment, Computers, Podium, furniture, and Power backup systems. The smart classrooms are set up in the New Academic Block 1st Floor.
