The ASSM placement cell, also known as the Employment and Self-Employment Center Committee is dedicated to assisting students in their pursuit of job and self-employment opportunities. ASSM Medha’s objectives encompass various initiatives, including sending students to campus interviews, providing guidance on interview techniques, organising guest lectures on post-graduation opportunities and recent employment prospects, and establishing a competitive examination centre. The ASSM placement cell also engages with government and semi-government officials and agencies to explore skill development schemes. The ASSM Medha placement cell remains committed to enhancing students' employability and self-employment prospects throughout their academic endeavours.

Note: In the academic years of 2013-14, the ASSM placement cell conducted campus interviews for Commerce students, arranged a lecture on entrepreneurship development, offered guidance on interview techniques, and organized an employment card registration camp in collaboration with the Directorate of Employment and Self-Employment, Government of Maharashtra.
