Master of Arts (MA) in English is a full-time two-year postgraduate course offered by the Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.


Eligibility Criteria

A candidate who has passed one of the following examinations shall be eligible to join the first year (Previous) class of the M.A. (English) course :

  • B.A. examination of the Kurukshetra University or any other examination recognized as equivalent with English as one of the subjects securing at least 50% marks in aggregate
  • or at least 45% marks in English subject in the aggregate of all the three years 
  • or B.A. (Hons.) English examination with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. 
  • or Any other examination recognized for admission to the M.A.(English)courses with at least 50% marks in the aggregate.

 Candidates with a compartment in graduation are not eligible to seek admission.
