AS College Deoghar admissions are offered in undergraduate programmes in Arts, Science, Commerce, and select professional courses like BBA and BCA. AS College Deoghar admissions are conducted based on merit in the qualifying examinations. Currently, the college does not offer postgraduate courses.

The college offers a diploma Course in Hospital management and this is only one specialisation in Diploma Course. This course is for 36 months / 3 years. The Candidate should Pass the 10+2 examination to be eligible for the course.
