The College Library is the heart and spirit of the college. It acquires, processes, preserves, and disseminates information to the user community with the goal of empowering knowledge.
Recent shifts in educational philosophy, expanded curricula, examination reforms, expansion of knowledge, and advances in information technology have created awareness regarding the importance of libraries in higher education. College libraries are now recognised as a valuable resource for supporting the teaching-learning process.
The college library has a large collection of books, Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, handbooks, and reference materials to meet students' and faculty's academic and research needs. It has a Reference, Circulation, and Periodical Section. Apart from the ample number of textbooks, the total no. of books is 38470. The total number of E-books and E-journals is 195809 and 6293, respectively.

The College has a well-equipped laboratory in the Department of Home Economics. This 30 by 40 square feet section is used for cooking in one part and a classroom in the other. Prof. Dr. Vaishali Meshram is the head of the department.

The College has an excellent IT Infrastructure for the students.

The College has sports facilities for all students. The College has a well-equipped gymnasium hall and a large playground. 

The College has a girls' hostel. The college has an up-to- date hostel for girls. The hostel can accommodate up to 144 girls. The hostel is centrally located with schools, shopping, and transport facilities available at walking distance.

The hostel is in charge of a full-time lady warden. Girls are required to maintain strict discipline in the hostel. Night outs are prohibited unless there is specific permission. Full security arrangements have been made. In addition to the rooms for stay, there is a central meeting hall and study room.

The College has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The College has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The College has a gym facility for all students. The indoor gymnasium is set up in a specious well ventilated and well-lit large hall [10.14 meters x 19.1 meters i.e., 197 sq. m. with modern equipment supplied by Jerai Fitness Ltd, with an investment of over Rs 20 lakhs. The equipment includes treadmill – Raceline, elliptical Cross Trainer, Spinning Bike, PEC FLY /Real Belt, Multi Press, Lat Pull Down with Rowing Combo, Bicep Curl, LEG Curl / Extension Combo, Cable Cross Cover, Leg Press, Seated Calf, Smith Machine, Benches, Racks, Dumbbells, Weight Plates, Hammer Curl bar etc. An outdoor gymnasium has been set up in the sports ground of Datey College at a cost of Rs 4 lakhs. The equipment includes seated chest press with sealed bearings, Leg Press with sealed bearings, Air swing with sealed bearings, horse rider with sealed bearings, Eliptical Cross Trainer, Rowing Machine with foot rest, Hip Twister triple with MS Wheel plate, Double Cross Trainer with pedal, sit-up board double with leg support, single bar and double bar.

The College has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The College has also provides good classroom facilities for all the students.

The College has various events where students can participate. It also provides NCC Facilities available for students.
