Badruka College of Commerce and Arts was founded in 1950 in Daru Shifa, Hyderabad, to educate young boys and girls and teach them the important values of justice, truth, and dignity. At first, it offered a two-year Intermediate Course, but within two years, it became a degree college in 1952 offering programmes at UG and PG levels. 

Badruka College of Commerce and Arts offers courses in the stream of Commerce, Management and Business Administration and is affiliated with Osmania University, Hyderabad. The courses offered by Badruka Commerce College include BBA, BCom, B.Com(H) and MCom. Admission to UG courses is based on the scores of previous qualifying examinations whereas for the M.Com course, candidates must pass the CPGET entrance test, conducted by Osmania University. The placement cell of Badruka College of Commerce and Arts oversees all the placement-related activities and invites major companies like Infosys, KPMG, Wells Fargo, and EY for campus recruitment.

Merit cum need-based scholarships like the "Shri Hariprasad Gopikishan Badruka" Scholarship and "Sri Lakshminarayan Goyal” are offered to BCCA Hyderabad students. The college is a co-ed college and has a count of 1600+ students. Along with all the essential facilities BCCA Hyderabad that include girls hostel, Library, Wifi, IT infrastructure, Auditorium, Gym and others.
