The candidates must be a minimum of 17 years of age as on dt: 31.12.2024, i.e., the candidate should have been born on or before dt. 31.12.2007.

The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent.

OR

Candidates qualified in 10+2 Exams conducted by the National Institute of Open School (Equivalent to CHSE Odisha) are also eligible.

ASHA having 10+2 pass is eligible to apply.
