    Basavashree College of Law, Kolar (BCL) today is an esteemed institution that was set up in the year 2006 in the prime of Kolar, Karnataka. This affiliated college with BCI approval has been churning out legal talent for more than ten years now. Located in a rather small area of 2.5 acres, BCL has a good variety of programmes for legal education for the students it enrolls 517 in number. The college has dedicated human resources comprising a team of 8 members of the faculty, which makes it possible to offer individual attention to learners, as well as ensuring that the college provides quality education. 

    Basavashree College of Law, Kolar, is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University (KSLU), Hubballi, and is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), ensuring adherence to national legal education standards and curriculum guidelines. Basavashree College of Law boasts of having put in place various amenities that foster the learning ability of the college students. The library is an important component of any faculty, particularly in law, where a variety of books and periodicals that meet students’ and teachers’ demands are updated constantly. For those with an interest in sporting activities, there are provisions for sports activities, both indoor and outdoor, within the compound of the college. It also provides for technological updates, with two ICT laboratories with twenty-five computers each, to provide the students have knowledge on computational research and documentation. Indeed, one of the best features of BCL is its Moot Court facility in which students practice their advocacy skills through regular competitions at state, national, and international levels. The college also offers legal aid clinics, court observations, and meetings with leading advocates to give the student a taste of the legal environment.

    The courses offered by Basavashree College of Law, Kolar are as follows: Total full-time courses offered -5 Law courses. These programmes consist of two integrated five-year degree programmes in arts and law- B.A. L.L.B.; B.B.A. L.L.B.; a two-year master of laws programme-LLM; one-year post-graduate diploma in Intellectual Property Rights; and two-year Master of Business Administration- MBA.     Basavashree College of Law, Kolar (BCL) is offering a range of legal education programmes. BCL Kolar admission process is designed to select capable candidates for its various law programmes. BCL Kolar admission is diffrent to five different law courses, including an integrated five-year degree programme, two-year master's programme, and one-year postgraduate diploma. 

    The eligibility criteria for BCL Kolar admission differ with the programme. For the integrated five-year programmes, BA LLB and BBA LLB, candidates are usually required to have completed their 10+2 education from a recognised board. For the LLM programme at Basavashree College of Law, a bachelor's degree in law is usually required. The PGD in Intellectual Property Rights and MBA programmes may have specific eligibility requirements based on the candidate's previous educational background.

    BCL Kolar Application Process

    Steps followed by Basavashree College of Law, Kolar to apply for an admission:

    The BA LLB programme is an integrated five-year course that combines arts and law. The BCL Kolar admission process would probably take into account the candidate's scores in 10+2 and possibly an entrance examination, though details are not available.

    BCL Kolar BBA LLB Admission Process

    The BBA LLB is another five-year integrated course that combines business administration with law. The Basavashree College of Law admission process is almost the same as the BA LLB programme, which is based on the candidate's performance in 10+2.

    BCL Kolar MBA Admission Process
