60 MonthsBachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) is a five-year full-time Integrated programme in Law offered by Karnataka State Law University, Hubli with the approval of Bar Council of India (BCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum percentage of marks in qualifying examination shall not be below 45% (44.5% and above shall be treated as 45%) of total marks in the case of general category applicants, 42%(41.5% and above shall be treated as 42%) of total marks in case of OBC applicants and 40%(39.5% and above shall be treated as 40%) of total marks in case of SC and ST applicants.
- Maximum age* for seeking admission is limited to 20 years(twenty years) in case of the General category of applicants and to 22 years (twenty-two years) in the case of applications from SC, ST, and other Backward Communities as of 15th May 2017
- Provided that applicants who have obtained +2 Higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered eligible for admission to the course.
- Provided further that the applicants who have obtained 10+2 or Graduation or Post-graduation through the open University system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission to a 5-year LL.B Law Course.
Admission Details
Admissions to the course are made strictly on the basis of merit as prescribed by the admission rules of Karnataka State Government.
