There are actually a decent amount of classrooms, but the administration cannot handle the growing amount of students. All too often, we are without a classroom or decent faculty availability, particularly during extra or displaced time.
The staff are friendly and most of them are competent in their areas of study. They try to illustrate ideas by linking them to real-life agricultural scenarios and are generally available to question. 40% weightage is of internal examination marks and the remaining 60% is of the final university exams.
No formal training or counseling is provided for career building. I even interacted with some seniors, and they also confirmed that only a handful of companies came to meet them when they were present, and those also were quite much for simple-level sales jobs at small agri-input firms or local seed companies.
