Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who passed the Madhyamik Examination are eligible for any full-time Diploma Course admission.
- Candidates who have passed the Class Twelve Vocational Examination from West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education & Skill Development (or having passed 2 years ITI plus passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination, are eligible for admission to the second year of full-time Diploma Course in Engineering & Technology under Lateral Entry Scheme.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates should possess good health and physique with a sound mind.
- Candidates must be citizens of India.

Birla institute of technology is a complete package, starting from buildings, rooms, facilities, equipment, sports room, canteen and most important library. Environment is quite friendly and adjusting for every student who becomes a part of this college.
