BK Mody Government Pharmacy College, Rajkot was established in the year 1984. BK Mody Government Pharmacy College is a very premier institution of pharmaceutical education. This is a co-educational college in Rajkot within the state of Gujarat. The campus is spread over an area of 8 acres, providing a conducive atmosphere for young budding pharmacists. The institution got its accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation and approval by the Pharmacy Council of India and All India Council for Technical Education; thus, it has carved a niche as a frontline pharmacy institute. At the undergraduate level, it offers 4-year B.Pharma programme with an enrollment capacity of 100 and a 2-year D.Pharma programme accommodating 60 students. For postgraduate studies, it provides three specialist M.Pharma programmes, viz. Pharmaceutics, Quality Assurance, and Pharmacology with an enrollment capacity of 15 students each. Across courses, the total approved enrollment stands at 205 students annually. According to data from the latest available year, the college had 521 students in all, of whom 435 were enrolled in undergraduate programs and 86 in postgraduate courses.
