BSM PG College, Roorkee, was established in the year 1958 and is an affiliated college located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. It is one of the premier institutions known as BSMPGC, having served students with a great legacy of imparting education for more than six decades since its inception. This Road railway station-based college offers a multitude of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across all disciplines. BSM PG College has a faculty strength of 10 committed educators, with the major goal being to provide better-quality education to the students.

The college prides itself on the fact that it has a variety of facilities that add value to the students' learning experience. Foremost among the plethora of such facilities on campus is the college library—a storehouse of knowledge, to say the least. The library has over 25,000 volumes, quite a number of them dating from the 18th century, and provides a quiet environment for studying and research. It offers students lending, reference, and paperback libraries, a non-print media section, and a big collection of journals. The library is also made quite congenial with plush sofas, enabling students to burrow into their studies. 

BSM PG College offers 27 undergraduate and postgraduate courses under seven degree programs, offering students both undergraduate and graduate level courses, besides a mix of traditional and self-financed programs. Undergraduate programs include B.Com, BA, and BSc. Available postgraduate courses include MCom, MA, and MLibISc, which are exclusively full-time courses.
