36 MonthsGeneral Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year full-time diploma program offered by the Chhattisgarh Nurses Registration Council and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Medium of Instruction: English & Hindi
~ You must have completed your 10+2 level education (similar to high school).
~You must have studied English as a subject.
~ You need a minimum of 40% marks in your qualifying exams.
~Standard 10+2: Science subjects are preferred, but not strictly mandatory. Vocational ANM: 10+2 with a vocational Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) course recognized by the Indian Nursing Council and a minimum of 40% marks.
~ Vocational Healthcare Science: 10+2 with a vocational stream in healthcare science from a recognized board (CBSE, State, or Central) and a minimum of 40% marks.
~Registered ANM: You must be a Registered Auxiliary Nurse Midwife.
~ Minimum age: 17 years old by December 31st of the year you apply. Maximum age: 35 years old.
~ SC/ST candidates have a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks requirement. Other reservations may apply based on your state's reservation policies.
