Cauvery Institute of Technology (CIT) is one of the modern educational institutions situated at Mandya, Karnataka; which was set up in the year 2014. Cauvery Institute of Technology is recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

CIT Mandya offers 7 full-time courses in total. The BE programme includes core areas of engineering that are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Science and Engineering and Civil Engineering. Besides, the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programme is designed for those students who wish to have higher learning in the area of computer science. For BE admissions, COMEDK UGET or KCET examination scores are required.
