CCEM Raipur: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Central College of Engineering and Management was admitted in the year 2008. It is an industrial based college located in Kabir Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The co-educational Institute occupies 5 acres and provides a number of engineering courses to technology lovers. CCEM stands for Chhattisgarh Central Educational and Management in Raipur, though it is more easily recognisable by its abbreviation; at this time the institution is home to 587 students and 47 faculty members.

The campus of CCEM has modern labs for Mechanical Engineering, Communication, Electronics Drives & Circuits, Analog Electronics, and Material Testing. Even so, as far as IT is concerned, this campus is equipped with modern facilities and has an adavanced rich infrastructure of a computer lab of more than 130 nodes and has planned to add more portal to this lab. The students have a Wi-Fi enabled campus that provides the students with connection 24/7, this is important in research and other projects. This college library has been an invaluable source and is sufficiently supplied having a library of about 25000 books and periodicals including imported books on scientific and engineering disciplines. 

CCEM Raipur presents four Bachelor of Engineering BE programmes which take four years for their completion. A few of the courses are BE in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, Mechanical, and Civil. All these programmes aims to make sure that the basics in the respective fields among the students are well set to preapare them meet challenges in the fast changing technologically based environment ahead.

Accommodation for boys and girls with proper facilities of stay helps outstation students to feel like their homes away from homes. Campus has well equipped health centre of first aid requirement for any medical exigency among students or faculty. In the college, the specific sectors that will benefit students who are interested in sporting activities and physical fitness include sports and gym. The fully equipped air conditioning with the sitting capacity of 700 is the venue for most of college activities and workshops/faculty guest lectures. For its students’ convenience, the CCEM Raipur also have facilities like the cafeteria, transport facilities for different parts of city and enough spaces for parking.
