12The BBA LL.B (H) programme is divided into ten semesters with a duration of five months each. Each semester comprises of theory subjects. In addition to this, every semester has a Comprehensive Viva equal to the weightage of one paper. After 4th, 6th and 8th Semester, students have to undergo a Compulsory Summer Internship for one month and on that, a report has to be submitted by each student separately. In the tenth semester, students have to submit their dissertation. After the completion of internship by the students, the work done by the students as recorded in his/her daily diary along with a consolidated internship report would be evaluated by a Board of examiners consisting of Dean, an External Examiner, one faculty member nominated by APC and the supervisor concerned.
An academic year shall be apportioned into two semesters. Each of the two semesters shall be of working duration of about 21 weeks, as per the following breakup-
Imparting of Teaching : 17 Weeks
Preparatory Leave : 1 week
Semester End Term Examination (including Comprehensive Viva) : 3 weeks

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have at least 50% (Best of 4 subjects including English ) in the qualifying Examination (10+2).
- Candidate should have appeared in CLAT - Under Graduate, Conducted by Consortium of National Law Universities
Admission Details
- It is mandatory for all applicants to appear in Common Law Admission Test CLAT- Under Graduate, conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities.
- Applicants also have to fill Application Form and register for B.A.LL.B(H)/ BBALL.B(H) Course of GGSIP University.
- The GGSIP University shall consider the merit prepared on the basis of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for its admissions.

College Infrastructure
About college campus well maintain Ac classroom and tasty and hygienic food in canteen and cloud caffee. There were two library in college campus one is MCIT and another one is school of law library
I would recommend this college to everyone.
College Infrastructure
The college has excellent infrastructure and avails best facilities to studenst. The faculties are evry cooperative. The college has classrooms with AC facility and the campus remains neat and clean throughout the day.
Best 5 years of law spend here.
College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is excellent. Classroom are very big, fully AC. Campus is fully Wifi Connected and provide wifi to all teachers and students. College has big canteen, cafe coffee day, stationery shop, indoor games in basement.
