Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Science Bilaspur, also known as CIMS Bilaspur, is a government medical college established in 2001. CIMS Bilaspur courses include MBBS at the undergraduate level and MD/MS at the postgraduate level in various specialisations. CIMS Bilaspur admissions are based on the merit list prepared by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Raipur, according to the NEET-UG and NEET-PG scores of the candidates. The candidates have to register online through the respective portals and participate in the counselling process conducted by DME.

CIMS Bilaspur eligibility criteria for MBBS is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English with at least 50% marks and a valid NEET-UG score. For MD/MS, the eligibility criteria are an MBBS degree with one year of internship and a valid NEET-PG score. CIMS Bilaspur placement department is responsible for providing career guidance and training to the students and facilitating their internship and job opportunities in various hospitals and healthcare organisations.
