Here, candidates can indicate their preferred colleges and courses. This is followed by online counseling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, and the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Raipur, for the 85% State Quota seats.

The specialisations are Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, General Medicine, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Psychiatry, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Anesthesiology.
