Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Science, Bilaspur, also known as CIMS Bilaspur, is a government medical college that offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various specialisations. The candidates can choose the desired course according to their interest and eligibility at CIMS Bilaspur. The CIMS Bilaspur courses include MBBS at the undergraduate level and MD/MS at the postgraduate level in various specialisations such as Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, General Medicine, Pediatrics, Dermatology, Psychiatry, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Anesthesiology. The CIMS Bilaspur courses are recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC) and affiliated to Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University of Chhattisgarh, Raipur. The CIMS Bilaspur fees depend on the course selected by the candidate and the fee structure prescribed by the state government. The CIMS Bilaspur eligibility criteria include the academic qualifications, entrance exam scores, and age limit for each course.

Note: The fees mentioned above are subject to change as per the state government norms. The candidates have to pay additional charges for hostel, mess, library, etc. as per the college rules.
It has 200 accomodated LT, central Library where u can find books, journal, have study room, laboratory have maximum equipment, it has cims international ground although it is small size, cims have its own auditorium where many functions are organize here. Boys & Girls hostel are seperate .koni me 1st yr boys ke liye 4bhk hostel hai, Khana hygienic hai but isme improvement ki jarurat hai. Clg me wifi hai but i never used it so i don't know whether it work or not.
My college has a good infrastructure with all the facilities. The classrooms are good. Everything is well maintained. The library has all the required books and has a nice environment to study. There is a ground for the sports activities.

If you wish to pursue MBBS in India or even abroad you will have to qualify the NEET examination first to take admission in any college.
It is mandatory to qualify NEET examination to take admission in college be it government or private.
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General - 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile

You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am  assuming  you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let us know
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 587 marks you hold good chance to get into Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur
For example,
In neet 2019, 542 marks for general category got a seat in Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur
under Chhattisgarh State quota
