48 MonthsBachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing is a four-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- Only unmarried female candidates are eligible.
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
- The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 years.
- Minimum education: 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with an aggregate of 55% marks from a recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE, National Institute of Open School or other equivalent Board.
- Only MEDICALLY FIT girls were admitted. A recent medical certificate of physical fitness from a recognized physician is required.
- Students shall be admitted once a year.
- Under the objectives of the institution, all candidates selected under the management quota, after completion of the B.Sc Nursing course from the college are expected to serve in India in a mission hospital, for 2 years.
