CMR College of Pharmacy, Hyderabad was established in the year of 2005 to provide higher education in pharmacy courses. The college is sponsored by M.G.R Educational Society and is All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) approved. The CMR College of Pharmacy, Hyderabad is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. 

The institute offers the courses of B.Pharm, M.Pharm and Pharm.D. The courses at the college provide scope to pursue the profession of pharmacist, seek roles in pharmaceutical companies and medicinal drug manufacturing companies or go into pharmacy research. The admission in the courses of CMR College of Pharmacy, Hyderabad is dependent on academic merit and the entrance score and rank of Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test TS EAMCET, for B.Pharm admissions. 

Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) and/or Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) score is accepted for M.Pharm admissions in CMR College of Pharmacy, Hyderabad.
